ou Ignited helps elite performers rewire their mindset so they can compete with more clarity and less pressure. Our job was to create a brand that felt powerful, warm and credible, not clinical, and that spoke to athletes, creatives and ambitious founders in the same breath. From identity to messaging to web, we built a system that balances grit with compassion and turns an individual practice into a distinctive, scalable brand.

Igniting the spark that shaped the brand

In our Brand Intensive, we mapped Leah’s origin story, audience and right-to-win. The signal was loud and clear: You Ignited is not generic hypnotherapy. It blends evidence-based techniques with lived championship experience and ongoing support, built for high achievers who want sustainable results, not hustle culture. We uncovered the mindset challenges her clients face most, from burnout and imposter syndrome to performance anxiety, and identified the unique mix of empathy, credibility and practical tools that sets her apart.

From there, we defined a voice that is empowering (never preachy), grounded (never fluffy), and we cut the “win at all costs” vibe in favour of “less pressure, more purpose”. These insights became the foundation for a brand that champions inner strength, clarity under pressure and steady, repeatable performance, resonating with athletes, creatives and entrepreneurs who value both ambition and wellbeing.

Simple on the surface. Loaded with intent.

The You Ignited mark centres on a spark, the catalyst for change, paired with a confident wordmark. Custom angles add motion and momentum; the forms hint at ignition and forward shift without shouting. It’s recognisable in full or as a standalone spark for small-scale use. And while we love a smart logo, our philosophy is firm: a logo starts the story; the brand system tells it. So we pushed beyond the mark into assets, language and real-world use.

Beyond the logo: the toolkit that makes it unmistakable

We built a flexible identity system that carries the brand’s warmth and drive across every touchpoint. The spark icon serves as both a standalone mark and a repeating pattern, creating rhythm, focus and a sense of ignition. Rich autumnal gradients and soft textures capture the feeling of glowing embers and convey transformation and depth. Clean, athletic lines keep the look bold and legible, while the photography direction uses authentic, strength-led imagery with a refracted glass treatment that shifts from fractured to clear, a visual metaphor for mindset change. The result is a distinctive look that works as powerfully on clinic signage as it does on a keynote stage, always staying sharp, human and instantly recognisable as You Ignited.

We crafted a verbal identity to match the visuals, empowering, grounded and intelligent. Every element was designed to help You Ignited speak with the same clarity and confidence it aims to inspire in its clients. Key lines like “Peak performance, redefined” and “Your mind game, mastered” anchor the story, while carefully considered tone guidelines ensure every piece of communication feels confident, purposeful and relatable, think coach in your corner, not sideline hype.

The language moves away from the tired “push harder” mentality and instead reframes high performance as something built on mindset mastery. By focusing on “rewire smarter”, the messaging champions safety, clarity and sustainable results, resonating with athletes, creatives and entrepreneurs who know that mental resilience is as important as physical skill.
