Audience insights
We dig deeper into your audience’s needs, behaviours, and expectations to uncover opportunities for connection and differentiation.
Moodboard presentation
We craft distinct creative directions through visual moodboards. These help define the look, feel, and tone of your brand—before we put pen to paper.

With a clear direction in place, we get to work bringing your brand to life. This is where strategy meets creativity, and ideas start taking shape.
Logo concepts
We begin designing your logo and its variations—built to be flexible, memorable, and aligned with your brand’s personality.
Visual identity design
We expand your look and feel into a full visual system, including colours, typography, layout styles, and supporting elements like icons, patterns or imagery.
Brand messaging
If your package includes messaging, we’ll craft your tone of voice, key messages, tagline, and verbal foundations to make sure your brand sounds as good as it looks.

Presentation & refinement
Once the creative work is ready, we walk you through every detail. This phase is all about collaboration—making sure the brand feels right and fits the brief.
Concept presentation

Feedback & refinement
You’ll have time to review and give feedback. We’ll fine-tune the details together until everything is feeling just right.
Final sign off
Once you’re 100% happy with your new branding, we lock it in and get everything ready for handover.

Brand guide
You’ll receive the right level of documentation for your package—from a logo usage guide to a full 30-50 page brand blueprint guide covering your visual and verbal identity in detail.
Final files & brand toolkit
We’ll provide all final design files in every format you’ll ever need, plus a visual identity toolkit, and messaging documents (depending on your package).
